Tourists Allowed in Pangasinan
- BLUPISIN (Baguio City, La Union, Pangasinan, Ilocos Sur, and Ilocos Norte) residents are welcome!
- Persons aged between fifteen (15) and sixty-five (65) years old who have no existing high-risk health conditions and co-morbidities and medical complexities, neurologic, genetic, metabolic conditions and who have congenital diseases.
- Pre-registered on Pangasinan’s Online Visitors Registration System (OVRS) with a valid QR Code
FOR PANGASINAN RESIDENTS (Visiting within the province for Leisure)
- Notice of approved registration from the OVRS or QTP (QR coded Tourist Pass)
- Medical certificate issued 2-3 days prior to arrival from City/Municipal Health Office of point of origin
- Valid ID (as proof of identity, residency and age)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURISTS OUTSIDE PANGASINAN (from Region 1 and Baguio City)
- Notice of approved registration from the OVRS or QTP (QR Coded Tourist Pass)
- Negative RT-PCR test issued 48 hours prior to arrival
- Medical certificate issued 2-3 days prior to arrival from City/Municipal Health Office of point of origin
- Confirmed Booking from Hotel / Accommodation Establishment or tour itinerary from a Tour Operator.
- Travel Authority from PNP
- Valid ID (as proof of identity, residency, and age)
Protocols to be strictly followed:
BEFORE TRAVEL
- Book your accommodations and tours only with DOT-accredited accommodation establishments and travel agents and tour operators (for the complete list, visit www.seepangasinan.com)
- Get TESTED before travel
- Each individual visitor should register at the galikayo.com OVRS and upload all required travel document requirements
- Secure a QTP (QR Coded Tourist Pass). This shall be emailed to your registered email address.
*Remember to bring a valid ID and printed or soft copies of your travel documents, and test result.
UPON ARRIVAL
- Present the Notice of Approved Registration or QTP, and documents at the San Fabian Border/Checkpoint and at the “Tourist One Stop Shop” (TOSS) of LGU designated areas.
- Upon clearance, proceed to pre-booked hotel.
UPON CHECK-IN
- Present Clearance Form from TOSS upon check-in
- Temperature checks and safety and health protocols must be followed whenever tourists return to their booked hotel or resort.
- Tourists are NOT allowed to leave their accommodation without a DOT-accredited tour guide or operator.
DURING TOURS
- Tourists must always check-in and out of establishments and sites for contact tracing purposes.
- Tourists on staycation are only allowed within the premises of their booked hotel or resort.*They can only tour when pre-arranged by a DOT-accredited tour guide or tour operator.
- Accommodations are encouraged to secure essentials for their staycation guests, who must minimize movement and be fully coordinated whenever outside the hotel or resort.
