Located right next to the town’s Municipal Hall, the Pasalubong Center was established during the administration of Mangaldan Mayor Bona Fe De Vera-Parayno in November 2015. The center carries a variety of local products such as bangus (milkfish), batutay (carabao beef), chili oil and sauce, longganisa, peanut brittle and peanut butter, and many more.
