Lingayen, Pangasinan—Aiming to turn ground insights into actionable strategies for improving tourist experiences, strengthening industry partnerships, and implementing smarter tourism initiatives across Pangasinan, the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office sits down with the tour operators and tour agencies (TOTAs) in Pangasinan, on January 29, 2026 at Narciso Ramos Administrative Building Conference Room.
Ms. Maria Luisa Amor-Elduayan opened the Tongtongan session by tackling key agendas centered on updating the TOTA directory, establishing linkage with the Pangasinan Tourism Officers Association (PTOA), consolidating tour packages, and strategizing how to strengthen tourism in Pangasinan with the associations’ contributions.
This Tongtongan is a little but progressive step to move provincial tourism forward as Governor Ramon V. Guico III envisions a more unified and committed tourism players and stakeholders working together to bolster the province’s tourism industry.
