Known as one of the best eco-tourism destinations in Region 1 and being a favorite learning site for those who are interested in mangrove research and aquaculture, the Provincial Mangrove Information Center and Nursery has its own mangrove forest, a mangrove eco-tourism park, vegetable demo area, fishponds, and various rest areas.
They also sell products like chili garlic oil, coconut jam, sweet and spicy alamang, and padas bagoong made from their own harvests at the site. Buri bags, buri fruit baskets, and buri blueprint bags made by local buri product makers are also sold at the information center.
Trips to the Provincial Mangrove Information Center and Nursery must be scheduled at least one (1) week prior.
