The resort is a property fronting the sea and riverside beach, selling accommodation and food and beverage services to tourists and is located in Bolinao, Pangasinan, North Luzon, Philippines.
The resort, being at the estuary of the Ilog Malino and the West Philippine Sea adjacent to a large white beach sandbank peninsular, is regularly used to host beach weddings and other functions. The river forms a lagoon adjacent to the resort and is used by guests for kayaking.
The resort has diversified its services to include a roadside bakery, farming and TESDA-approved school of tourism. Recreational and Team Building facilities have recently been constructed including two land-based obstacle courses, one slide and obstacle pool course, and a lookout tower (with water tank) to take future outdoor climbing and zip-line facilities.
